Congratulations on the award Mike! I kept an eye out for you but managed to miss you after stealing your table. I did get to bump into a couple other names I recognized, that was pretty cool. I tried to do the nametag thing too but I biked down and I think my sweat has anti-adhesive properties.

I’m not sure why they called us an “echo chamber,” though. We disagree all the time. Why, we had a disagreement just yesterday: you think the extra infrastructure costs imposed by large lots should be recouped by taxing lot size; I think they should be recouped through impact fees.
It’s night and day.
But keep in mind that if you favor either one, it’s only because you’re being paid by developers to blog that way. Large lots must be subsidized by the tax and regulatory code in order to preserve affordable housing!
